By making a reservation through this web site, you are agreeing to be bound by these web site Terms and Conditions of Use and all applicable local laws and regulations.

These terms and conditions apply to contracts made between City Circus guests and the City Circus Athens Hostel legal entity, namely TOURISTIKI ANAPTYXIAKI EPE, legally registered in Athens (VAT: EL800374534 & G.E.MI.: 118896403000), regarding the provision of accommodation services as well as all other services provided by contractual partners.

Age and responsibility
You confirm that you are of sufficient legal age to use this website and to create binding legal and financial obligations for any liability you may incur as a result of the use of this website. You also confirm that you are the legal owner of the credit card used to make a reservation or you are authorized by the legal owner to use his credit card to make a reservation through this web site.

Reservations
For the reservation to be completed, a valid credit / debit card is required & will be used to guarantee your booking. City Circus reserves the right to pre-authorize this card for the total reservation cost at any time prior to your arrival. Payment in full is requested upon arrival at the front desk of City Circus Hostel. For reservations with a discounted non-refundable rate, payment of the total amount is due upon reservation completion. For group bookings (7+ guests or 7+ nights), different deposit policies apply which depend on the size of the group, the days of stay and the season of the booking. In any case, the minimum required deposit for groups is 30% of the total value of the reservation. Please use our Contact form to send us the details of your group accommodation.

Prices in this website include the legal VAT and all other taxes.

Although City Circus Hostel is committed in providing its guests with the best possible services, specific bed or room allocation cannot be guaranteed. The staff will do its best to accommodate any specific needs, but we keep the right to allocate beds or rooms to our guests, according to availability criteria.

The guest understands that there is always a small possibility, especial during high season, to have double bookings mainly due to technical reasons related to the synchronization of our booking channels. In such cases City Circus Athens Hostel will contact the guest immediately after the acknowledgement of such double booking and will try to offer either an alternative bed/room in City Circus or at an alternative hostel/hotel of equivalent level, at no additional cost for the guest.

Cancellation Policy
There is a 72-hour cancellation policy. Cancellations made within the limits of this policy will be accepted at no cost for the guest. Cancellations made 72 hours or less prior to check-in date & time (3pm), will incur a fee equal to the total reservation cost. Change of arrival date is not allowed within 72 hours prior to check-in date & time. In case that the guest fails to inform City Circus Hostel in writing of his intention to cancel a reservation within the limits of this policy, the hostel will be allowed to charge the guest for the full amount (= total cost) of the reservation. No verbal or telephone cancellations are accepted. In the event of a non-arrival without cancellation, City Circus Hostel has the right to charge the guest’s credit card for the full amount of their reservation or for the full price of the tour or other non-accommodation travel services in accordance with the travel service provider's terms and conditions. For reservations with a discounted non-refundable rate, no cancellations and / or modifications are allowed free of charge. The total reservation amount will be charged once the reservation is confirmed & no refund will be accepted. In case of no-show, early departure or late arrival, the total reservation cost is chargeable.

For group bookings, cancellations are accepted only when declared in writing at least 30 days prior to the arrival of the group. Any deposits paid until that time will not be refunded.

In order to keep things in place and ensure our guests' privacy, security and comfort and avoid unfortunate situations, we have setup a group of guidelines which we would strongly recommend reading through prior to making your reservation. Data Protection
Safeguarding your privacy has absolute priority for us. It is our endeavor to guarantee you a maximum of data protection and security. The personal data gathered in the course of making a booking (such as your name, e-mail address, etc.) will be stored by City Circus Hostel and used for the correct processing of your reservation, booking and stay in our hostel as well as for internal customer survey, advertising and statistical purposes. Your e-mail address and your personal data are treated confidentially and are not passed on to third parties.
Your credit card details are not stored. At the end of the booking procedure, they are transmitted in encrypted form directly to the credit card companies and validated.

These Terms and your use of this website are governed by the laws of Greece. You hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Greek courts in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of this website each time you access it.
